摘  要:针对现有区域供暖系统中板式换热器模型参数难以全部获取,建模相对困难的问题,提出了一种知识与数据双驱动的板式换热器建模与辨识方法。建立板式换热器控制通道机理模型,使用赤池信息准则(AIC)及贝叶斯信息准则(BIC)判定扰动通道模型阶次;利用Tent混沌算法与Lévy飞行策略改进的鸟群算法(BSA)对板式换热器传递函数模型中的待辨识参数进行辨识;对建立数学模型进行误差分析与动态分析,并建立带有前馈通道的PID控制系统进行可控性分析,验证模型性能。实验结果表明,该知识与数据双驱动的板式换热器建模误差较小,平均绝对百分比误差为0.19%,控制误差为0.17%,控制效果较为准确,能够精准的跟踪控制目标,可以运用到实际控制系统中。Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to obtain all the parameters of the plate heat exchanger model in the existing district heating system and the modeling is relatively difficult,a dual-driven knowledge and data modeling and identification method for plate heat exchangers is proposed.Firstly,the control channel mechanism model is established,and the order of the disturbance channel model is determined by using the Akuchi Information Criterion(AIC)and Bayesian Information Criterion(BIC).Then,the parameters to be identified in the transfer function model of the plate heat exchanger are identified using the improved Bird Swarm Algorithm(BSA).Finally,error analysis and dynamic analysis of the established mathematical model,and the establishment of a PID control system with a feed-forward channel for controllability analysis to verify the model performance.The experimental results show that the knowledge and data dual-driven plate heat exchanger modeling error is small,the average absolute percentage error is 0.19%,and the control error is 0.17%,the control effect is more accurate,can accurately track the control target,and can be applied to the actual control system.
