摘　　要：在开展住院医师规范化培训实践中,优化教学模式、深化培训理念、创新教学方法、提升培训效果,是每个规培专业基地的重要目标。通过介绍解放军总医院第三医学中心内科规培专业基地开展的大内科联合教学模式在住院医师规范化培训中的心得体会,探讨内科系联合教学查房在住院医师培养中的实践方法,努力提高对规培住院医师轮转期间的培训效果,为构建改革调整学部制建立背景下的部队医院内科基地新的教学模式进行初步探索。It is an important target for the standardized training base to optimize the resident training model,to deepen the training concept,to innovate the teaching methods as well as to raise the training effects.This article aims to introduce the experience of joint teaching model in standardized training of residents,to discuss the practice methods of standardized training for raising the training effects and make a primary study on instructing the novel teaching model for the hospital in Beijing troops under the background of the reform of the departments.
