摘 要:职业教育是国民教育体系和人力资源开发的重要组成部分,在服务国家战略、推动经济发展和促进社会和谐方面具有不可替代的重要作用。然而,当前职业院校教学管理队伍建设仍存在诸多问题,包括教学管理制度不完善,对教学管理工作的重要性认识不足,教学管理队伍专业化水平不高,教学管理人员发展空间受限。为保证人才培养质量,职业院校应重视教学管理队伍的建设,建立健全教学管理人员考核奖惩制度,强化教学管理人员的职业精神,提高教学管理人员的履职能力,提升教学管理人员的研究和创新能力,以加强教学管理队伍的建设。Vocational education is an important part of the national education system and human resource development,and plays an irreplaceable and important role in serving the national strategy,promoting eco-nomic development and promoting social harmony.However,at present,there are still problems in the con-struction of teaching management team in vocational colleges,such as the imperfect teaching management sys-tem mechanism,insufficient understanding of the importance of teaching management,low professional level of teaching management team,and small development space of teaching management personnel.In order to ensure the quality of personnel training,vocational colleges should attach great importance to the construction of the teaching management team,establish and improve the evaluation reward and punishment system for teaching management personnel,enhance the professionalism of teaching management personnel,improve the ability of teaching management personnel to perform their duties,and enhance the research and innovation ability of teaching management personnel to strengthen the construction of teaching management team.
