摘 要:目的构建多种教学方式融合思政元素的护理教育学教学新模式及评价其应用效果。方法选取广东药科大学护理专业173名学生作为研究对象,2020级83名学生为对照组,采用的传统大班授课教学方式;2021级90名学生为试验组,采用大班授课、小班研讨、线上线下结合学习的多元化教学融入课程思政的教学方式,比较两组学生护理教育学期末成绩、人文关怀能力量表得分及学生对课程教学的方式的评价。结果试验组学生护理教育学总成绩、人文关怀能力及对教师教学方式的满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多种教学方式融合思政元素的护理教育学教学新模式有助于提高学生的学习效果和人文关怀能力,学生对该教学模式的满意度较高。本研究实现了专业知识与思政教育的协同作用,可为推进护理专业课程融入思政元素育人建设提供经验参考。Objective To construct a new teaching mode of nursing pedagogy integrating ideological and political elements with various teaching methods and evaluate its application effect.Methods A total of 173 nursing students from Guangdong Pharmaceutical University were selected as the study objects.The 83 students in grade 2020 were the control group and the traditional large-class teaching method was adopted,while the 90 students in grade 2021 were the experimental group.The diversified teaching methods of large-class teaching,small-class discussion and combination of online and offline learning were integrated into the curriculum ideological and political teaching method.The final grades of nursing pedagogy,humanistic care ability scale scores and students'evaluation of course teaching methods were compared between the two groups.Results The total scores of nursing pedagogy,humanistic care ability and satisfaction with teachers'teaching methods of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The new teaching mode of nursing pedagogy,which combines ideological and political elements with various teaching methods,is helpful to improve students'learning effect and humanistic care ability,and students have a high degree of satisfaction with this teaching mode.This study realizes the synergistic effect of professional knowledge and ideological and political education,and can provide experience reference for promoting the integration of ideological and political elements into nursing curriculum.
