摘 要:学分银行包容了多样化、开放式的学习成果,它支持多种形式的学习,有助于解决农村社区教育发展不平衡等问题。本研究从学分银行的定位和功能出发,分析学分银行服务农村社区教育的逻辑机理,并对我国农村社区教育现状进行剖析,总结出学分银行助力农村社区教育的实施策略。面向农村学习者的学习成果认定、积累和转换既是应用之举也是基础之制,不仅需要一套适应农村教育发展的认证制度,同时需要多元主体协同运作构建农村社区教育服务体系,拓展乡村人才继续学习空间,推动乡村人才振兴。Credit bank embraces diversified and open-ended learning outcomes,it supports multiple forms of learning,and it helps to solve problems such as the unbalanced development of rural community education.Starting from the positioning and function of credit banks,this study analyzes the logical mechanism of credit banks serving rural community education,and analyzes the current situation of rural community education in China to summarize the implementation strategy of credit banks helping rural community education.The recognition,accumulation and conversion of learning achievements for rural learners is both an application and a basic system,which not only requires a set of certification system adapted to the development of rural education,but also requires the collaborative operation of multiple subjects to build a rural community education service system,expand the space for rural talents to continue learning,and promote the revitalization of rural talents.
