摘　　要：板材存储和运输是制约定制家具行业发展的重要因素。本文运用AGV(Automated Guided Vehicle,自动导引车)进行板材存储和运输,有效提升了生产线的安全性、灵活性和定制性。采用定量和定性分析相结合的方法,通过文献计量学方法对相关文献进行发文量分析,阐明AGV技术的发展情况。利用CiteSpace文献计量软件,以CNKI(中国知网)核心数据库为基础,对国内外定制家具行业AGV的研究现状、热点、主题等进行综合分析,并通过对时间线图谱的分析,揭示了AGV关键主题的演化过程和领域内的研究趋势。结果显示,国内外板材运输AGV发文量整体呈上升趋势,且国内正处于发展的初期阶段。随着相关技术的不断成熟和市场需求的增加,定制家具板材运输AGV在国内市场的应用将逐步扩大,并取得更大的发展。Plate storage and transportation are important factors restricting the development of custom furniture industry.The use of AGV(Automated Guided Vehicle)for plate storage and transportation is important to improve the safety,flexibility and customization of the production line.This paper adopted a combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis,and conducted quantitative analysis of relevant documents through bibliometric methods to show the development of AGV technology.Using CiteSpace bibliometric software,based on the core database of CNKI,the research status,hotspot,and theme of AGV at home and abroad were comprehensively analyzed,and the evolution process and research trend of the key themes of AGV were revealed through the analysis of the time line map.The results showed that the overall volume of AGV was on the rise,and China was in the early stage of development.With the continuous maturity of related technologies and the increase of market demand,the application of customized furniture panel transportation AGV in the domestic market will gradually expand and achieve greater development.
