摘　　要：园本教研是促进幼儿园教育高质量发展的重要手段,其在实践中存在的各种问题实质上就是教师的专业发展不足。“有效教师”理念强调教师专业实践的主动性、开放性与合作性,支持教师在专业实践中发展教育实践智慧,这一思想为园本教研的有效开展提供了新的视角。幼儿园可以通过理论学习来强化教师在园本教研中的主体意识,通过打造园本教研学习共同体来推动教师的自主探索与研究,基于教师的个体差异和教研情境来采取情景参与式、菜单自主式、纵深聚焦式和情感浸润式等教研方式。Kindergarten-based teaching and research is an important means to promote the highquality development of kindergarten education.The various problems in practice are essentially the insufficient professional development of teachers.The concept of“effective teacher”emphasizes the initiative,openness and cooperation of teachers’professional practice,and supports teachers to develop their practical wisdom in education.This idea provides a new perspective for the effective development of kindergarten-based teaching research.Kindergartens should strengthen teachers’consciousness of subject,build a community of kindergarten-based teaching and research,and adopt diversified teaching and research methods to carry out kindergarten-based teaching and research.
