摘 要:以衡阳师范学院地理科学专业为例,通过层次分析法获得地理公费师范生专业认同度各维度权重,运用主成分和多元线性回归分析影响因素。结果发现:地理公费师范生整体专业认同水平处于中等偏上,其中专业认知维度得分最低;主成分分析提取出四个主要影响因素,分别是就业方便、国家支持、专业条件好和社会地位高,通过多元线性回归分析得出国家支持、专业条件好和社会地位高对专业认同水平有着显著影响。Taking the geographical sciences major of Hengyang Normal University as an example the weights of each dimension of the professional identity of public-funded normal school students majoring in geography were obtained through the analytic hierarchy process and the influencing factors were analyzed by using principal component analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that the overall level of professional identity among public-funded normal school students majoring in geography was above the medium level with the lowest score in the dimension of professional cognition four main influencing factors were extracted through principal component analysis namely employment convenience national support good professional conditions and high social status and through multiple linear regression analysis it was found that national support good professional conditions and high social status had a significant impact on the level of professional identity.
