摘  要:在当今我国经济快速发展的背景下,社会对高质量人才的需求量不断增加,因此对高校的教育质量提出了更高的要求。但目前大部分高校采用的大班教学模式,无论从教学方法还是从教学管理来看,都难以为快速发展的社会经济输送大量高质量人才。因此,缩减班额、提高师生比的小班教学模式是教学改革的新航标。小班教学有利于教师根据学生特点因材施教,提高教学过程活跃度,更加充分利用教学资源。In the context of today’s rapid economic development in China,the demand for high-quality talents in the society is increasing,and higher requirements are put forward for the quality of education in colleges and universities.However,the current large class teaching mode adopted by most colleges and universities is difficult to deliver a large number of high-quality talents for the fastdeveloping social economy,both in terms of teaching methods and teaching management.Therefore,the small class teaching mode with reduced class size and improved teacher-student ratio is a new beacon of teaching reform.Small class teaching is conducive to teachers to teach according to students’characteristics,improve the active teaching process,and make fuller use of teaching resources.
