中西医结合耳鼻喉科学学科建设现状

摘  要:近年来,中西医结合在抗击新型冠状病毒感染疫情中取得的显著成效使“中西结合”一词再次成为人们关注的焦点。党的二十大报告中,习近平总书记强调要“促进中医药传承创新发展”。中西医结合耳鼻喉科学是中医院校学子走向临床过程中一块重要的铺路石。但近年,此学科教学过程中,暴露出学生培养方案中课程占比分布不均,授课内容存在中、西医知识生拼硬凑的现象,中西医结合类临床课程的授课内容不贴近临床实际应用等学科建设方面的不足之处。针对上述问题,作者提出了一些解决方法和建议。In recent years,the remarkable success of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the fight against the COVID-19 has brought the term“combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine”to the forefront of people’s attention again.In the 20th Report,General Secretary Xi stressed the need to“promote the innovative development of Chinese medicine heritage”.Combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine with otolaryngology is an important paving stone for students in university of Chinese medicine to move towards clinical practice.However,in recent years,the teaching process has also revealed the uneven distribution of courses in this discipline in the training of students as follows:the phenomenon of raw and patchy teaching contents of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,the teaching contents of clinical courses of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine are not close to the actual clinical application and other shortcomings in the construction of the discipline.In view of the above problems,the authors has put forward some solutions and suggestions.
