摘  要:建设高素质“双师型”教师队伍是加快推进高等职业教育现代化的基础性工作。进入新时代,高职“双师型”教师队伍建设出现了评价认定不规范、专业培训体系不完善、职后培训不系统等问题,影响了“双师型”教师队伍高质量发展。针对这些问题,综合运用职业教育类型、教师专业化发展和产教融合等基本理论,从评价认定、职前培养、职后培训三个方面对“双师型”教师队伍建设进行深入剖析,提出规范认定机制、健全培养体系、强化全员培训等优化策略,以推动高职“双师型”教师队伍的结构、规模和素质上进一步提升。Building a high-quality“Double-qualified”teacher team is essential for accelerating the modernization of higher vocational education.In the new era,however,challenges such as irregular evaluation and recognition processes,an incomplete professional training system,and unsystematic post-employment training have emerged,hindering the high-quality development of this teacher team.To address these issues,we propose a comprehensive approach that leverages theories on vocational education types,teacher professional development,and industry-education integration.This approach involves a thorough analysis of the“dual-qualification”teacher team’s construction from three perspectives:evaluation and recognition,before-occupation cultivation and post-service training.Furthermore,we offer optimization strategies including standardizing recognition mechanisms,enhancing the cultivation system,and strengthening training for all teachers to further improve the structure,scale,and quality of the“Double-qualified”teacher team in higher vocational education.
