2001年以来中国中小学美术课程标准的变化

摘  要:21世纪以来,中国教育部先后颁布了义务教育和普通高中的五个美术(艺术)课程标准,在此期间课程标准经历了从提倡素质教育到强调核心素养阶段的发展过程。从这些课程标准中可以看出,21世纪以来中国中小学美术课程改革是在不断地持续向纵深发展,其倡导的新的教学理念、学习方式、评价方式改变了教师课堂的教学与评价方式,也改变了学生的学习方式。与此同时,中小学美术课程改革也对中国高等院校的美术教育形成了挑战。Since the beginning of the 21st century,China's Ministry of Education has successively issued five sets of art(including visual arts)curriculum standards for compulsory education and general high schools.During this period,the curriculum standards have evolved from advocating quality education to emphasizing core competencies.These standards reflect the deepening and continuous progress of art curriculum reform in China's primary and secondary schools.The new teaching philosophies,learning approaches,and evaluation methods they promote have transformed teaching and assessment practices in classrooms as well as students'learning experiences.Meanwhile,these reforms in primary and secondary school art education have also posed challenges for art education in Chinese higher education institutions.
