摘 要:教育变革的成败取决于教师的所思所为,教师是否愿意进行教育变革受多元因素的影响。语文新课标业已颁布四年,为了解高中语文教师课程改革实施的状况,推动课程改革的深入进行,基于教师能动性理论,开发了专门的测量工具。测量分为心理、功能性行为和社会文化三个维度,经过三层次分解和细化之后,形成58个子维度。依据子维度编制大规模调查的初始问卷,历经两次严格的试测,获取数据之后,进行信效度的检测以及内容的必要调整,最终形成了信效度良好的标准调查问卷。Whether an educational reform will succeed or fail depends on what teachers think and do,and whether teachers are willing to carry out educational reform is influenced by multiple factors.Now,the new Chinese curriculum standard has been promulgated for four years.In order to understand the implementation of the curriculum reform of Chinese teachers in senior high schools and promote the deepening of the curriculum reform,a special instrument was developed based on the theory of teacher agency.The measurement was carried out from three dimensions:mental,instrumental and sociocultural.58 sub-dimensions were formed after three levels of decomposition and refinement,and the initial questionnaire of a large-scale survey was compiled based on these sub-dimensions.And then,after two rigorous tests and data acquisition,the reliability and validity were tested and the contents were adjusted to form the final standard questionnaire with good reliability and validity.
