摘 要:为验证花胶产品对人体皮肤改善的影响,文章通过斑马鱼试验模型初步验证花胶产品的修复促进效果及促弹性蛋白、胶原蛋白基因相对表达量的作用,并通过开展人群试验对定期食用花胶产品的志愿者面部皮肤各项指标进行测量记录,最终经过统计学分析试验组与对照组数据差异得出花胶产品对人体皮肤的改善效果的结论。结果表明,花胶产品处理组斑马鱼的尾鳍修复促进率达7%,弹性蛋白合成促进率为20%,胶原蛋白的合成促进率为101%。经过12周的人群试验,试验组志愿者的皮肤角质层含水量、血红素含量、皮肤弹性、真皮层致密度等指标都与对照组之间具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。该研究表明定期食用花胶产品对人体皮肤具有有益改善作用。To verify the impact of fish maw(FM)products on human skin,this article presents a preliminary investigation into the reparative and promotional effects of FM products on zebrafish tail fins,as well as the relative expression levels of elastin and collagen genes using a zebrafish experimental model.Additionally,facial skin indicators of volunteers who regularly consume FM products are measured and recorded through population experiments.Ultimately,by statistically analyzing the differences in data between the experimental and control groups,the conclusion is drawn that FM products exhibit a beneficial effect on human skin.The findings of this study demonstrate that the administration of FM products in the zebrafish experimental model resulte in a 7%increase in tail fin repair,a 20%increase in elastin synthesis,and a remarkable 101%increase in collagen synthesis compare to the control group.Following a twelve-week population experiment,statistically significant differences(P<0.05)are observed between the experimental group volunteers and the control group in various indicators,including skin stratum corneum moisture content,heme content,skin elasticity,and dermis density.These results provide evidence to support the notion that FM products possess a stimulatory effect on the growth of zebrafish elastin and collagen genes.The results of population experiments show that regular consumption of FM products has a beneficial improvement effect on human skin after undergoing medical beauty projects.
