摘 要:“酿酒工程设备”是酿酒工程专业开设的一门核心必修课程,对于培养学生的工程应用能力具有重要的意义。多年来,针对酿酒行业的需求、发展与学科特点,以实现“新工科”人才培养为目标,通过对该门课程教学内容、考核方式的不断改革、探索与完善,四川轻化工大学构建了较为系统的“酿酒工程设备”课程教学内容和教材编撰的框架体系,探索出了合理的课程考核方式。通过学生卷面成绩分析与毕业学生问卷调查,结果显示课程改革措施取得了较为满意的教育成果和成效。“Brewing Engineering Equipment”is a core compulsory course offered by the Brewing Engineering specialty,and it holds significant importance in cultivating students’engineering application abilities.Over the years,with the goal of fostering“Emerging Engineering”talents to meet the needs of the brewing industry and its development,Sichuan University of Science&Engineering has continuously reformed,explored,and improved the teaching content and examination methods for this course study.As a result,they have established a relatively systematic framework system for both the teaching content of“Brewing Engineering Equipment”and the compilation of relevant textbooks.Additionally,they have developed an appropriate examination method for course study.Through analysis of students’academic performance and surveys of graduating students,it has been demonstrated that these reform measures have yielded satisfactory educational outcomes and effects.
