摘　　要：“健康中国”和“精准医疗”是未来我国医疗体系发展的方向,也是我国未来医学教育的一个基本出发点。文章拟探究医学院校学生早期接触临床实践,培养综合临床能力对医学教育的重要性,通过鼓励医学院校对本科生开展精准医学相关的早期临床培训,以进一步改善我国医学教育的环境、提升医学教育的水平、提高医学才人的培养质量,让医学院校的学生能早期接触临床实践。同时文章旨在为附属医院的实践教学更具活力,以期进一步满足健康中国不断增长地的更高水平的医疗需求。目前,让医学生早期接触临床实践是医学院重要的培养模式,有利于激发学生的主观能动性,有利于全面提升其临床思维、医患沟通能力及职业素养等,且该模式的培养成效逐步显现,文章就早期接触临床的优势、增加早期接触临床的渠道等进行了概述。“Healthy China”and“Precision Medicine”are direction for the development of China’s medical system in the future,and also a fundamental starting point for medical education in China.This article aims to explore the importance of early exposure to clinical practice in the cultivation of comprehensive clinical abilities among medical college students in medical education.By encouraging undergraduate students in medical colleges to carry out early clinical training related to precision medicine,this article aims to further improve the environment of medical education in China,enhance the level of medical education,and enhance the quality of medical talent cultivation.This will provide medical college students with the opportunity and platform to engage in clinical practice as soon as possible.At the same time,this article aims to make the practical teaching of affiliated hospitals more dynamic,in order to further meet the higher level medical needs of healthy China,which is constantly growing.At present,early exposure of medical students to clinical practice is an important training mode in medical schools,which is conducive to stimulating students’subjective initiative,promoting the comprehensive improvement of medical students’clinical thinking,doctor-patient communication ability,and professional literacy.The effectiveness of this mode is gradually showing.This article provides an overview of the advantages of early exposure to clinical practice and increasing channels for early exposure to clinical practice.
