皮肤性病科MBBS留学生临床实习教学方法的应用探讨

摘　　要：皮肤性病学是一门包含疾病繁多且复杂的形态学临床学科,是内外全科医学士(bachelor of medicine and bachelor of surgery,MBBS)留学生的必修课,皮肤性病科临床实习是MBBS留学生本科教学的重要环节。MBBS专业留学生采用全英文授课,其文化信仰、教育背景、语言水平、思维方式等存在较大差异,如何利用有限学时在MBBS留学生中开展高效、高质量的皮肤性病学临床实习教学活动是值得探讨的问题。文章使用计算机和人工检索中国生物医学文献数据库、中国期刊全文数据库和中国知网数据库中关于MBBS留学生、医学生教学方法的文献,并对其进行综述,发现单一的教学方法已不能满足MBBS留学生临床实习教学的需求,多种教学方法的联合使用才能更好地达到教学目的,提高教学效果。Dermatovenereology is a morphological clinical discipline that encompasses a wide range of diseases and is a compulsory course for the international students majoring in the bachelor of medicine and bachelor of surgery(MBBS).The clinical internship in the department of dermatovenereology is a vital part in the teaching for MBBS international students.As MBBS international students who were taught in English in China are from different countries,significant differences in cultures,religious faiths,educational backgrounds,languages and thinking modes could been seen among them.Therefore,it is worth exploring how to carry out teaching activities with efficiency and high-quality among MBBS international students in a limited course time during their clinical internship in the department of dermatovenereology.Literatures of the teaching methods for MBBS international students and medical students were searched through the China Biology Medicine disc,Chinese Journal Full-Text Database and Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure database were searched by computer and manual,then the literatures were reviewed and found that the single teaching method may not meet the needs of clinical internship teaching for MBBS international students.The combined use of multiple teaching methods can achieve the teaching objectives better and improve the effect of teaching.
