摘 要:目的研究多元化教学模式在手术室护理实习生临床带教中的影响。方法选取2021年7月―2023年3月在东台市中医院手术室实习的80名学生作为研究对象,根据实习时间将其分成2组,2021年7月―2022年4月的40名护生作为对照组,实施传统教学,2022年6月―2023年3月的40名护生作为观察组,实施多元化教学模式。比较2组护生的理论和操作成绩、教学满意度、职业认同、关爱能力以及批判性思维能力评分。结果教学后,观察组的理论成绩和操作成绩分别为(83.29±5.22)分和(90.66±5.63)分,均高于对照组的理论和操作成绩[(72.24±4.48)分和(84.85±5.17)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的职业认同、关爱能力以及批判性思维能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的教学总满意度(97.50%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多元化教学模式可以培养实习生的关爱能力和批判性思维,提升其对于职业的认同感,加强理论知识,提高操作技能和教学满意度。Objective To study the impact of diversified teaching model on clinical teaching of nursing interns in operating rooms.Methods A total of 80 nursing interns who interned in the operating room of Dongtai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups for comparison based on their internship time.A total of 40 interns who interned from July 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the control group,and traditional teaching was implemented,a total of 40 interns who interned from June 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the observation group and implemented a diversified teaching model.The theoretical and operational scores,teaching satisfaction,the scores of occupational identity scale,caring ability evaluation scale,and critical thinking ability scale were compared between the two groups.Results After teaching,the theoretical and operational scores of the observation group were(83.29±5.22)points and(90.66±5.63)points,which were higher than those of the control group[(72.24±4.48)points and(84.85±5.17)points],and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The occupational identity score,caring ability score and critical thinking score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction with teaching in the observation group(97.50%)was higher than that in the control group(80.00%),and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of diversified teaching model can cultivate interns’caring ability and critical thinking,enhance their sense of professional identity,strengthen theoretical knowledge,and improve operational skills.
