摘 要:目的探讨SQL教学模式在新入职护士规范化培训中对岗位胜任力的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月—2023年5月在佳木斯大学附属第一医院新入职的121名护士,第1、3批60名护士作为对照组,第2、4批的61名护士作为研究组。对研究组新入职护士进行小规模限制性在线课程(small private online course,SPOC)(简称S),与情景模拟实体课堂操作培训(简称Q)的1个月的岗前培训,并结合临床专科轮转培训(简称L),简称为SQL教学模式。培训后比较2组新入职护士的综合理论成绩、技能考核成绩和岗位能力胜任水平。结果培训后,研究组的综合理论成绩和技能考核成绩分别为(94.63±3.57)分和(96.74±4.23)分,均高于对照组[(85.26±4.50)分和(83.26±4.65)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组的各项岗位能力胜任评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论SQL教学模式能提升新入职护士的临床护理岗位胜任力考核评分,有利于提高临床护士的整体素质。Objective To explore the effect of SQL teaching model on the post competency in the standardized training of new nurses.Methods A total of 121 newly recruited nurses from the First Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi University from January 2021 to May 2023 were selected,60 nurses from the 1st and 3rd batches were selected as the control group,and 61 nurses from the 2nd and 4th batches were selected as the research group.The new nurses in the research group conducted small private online course(SPOC)(S),one-month pre-job training of situational simulation physical classroom operation training(Q),and combined with clinical specialty rotation training(L),which was referred to as SQL teaching model.After the training,new nurses of the two groups were compared in the comprehensive theoretical score,skills assessment score and post competence level.Results After the training,the scores of the comprehensive theoretical and skill assessment of research group were(94.63±3.57)points and(96.74±4.23)points,which were higher than those of the control group[(85.26±4.50)points and(83.26±4.65)points],the difference were statistically significant(P<0.001).The scores of job competency level of the research group were higher than those of the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The application of SQL teaching model can improve the clinical nursing competency assessment score of newly hired nurses,which is conducive to improving the overall quality of clinical nurses.
