摘  要:随着“中国制造2025”国家战略的不断深入推进,工业机器人的智能制造已经成为企业发展中新旧动能替换的必然趋势。在“双优”校建设背景下,我校建设工业机器人虚拟仿真实训基地主要是以围绕高素质工业机器人人才培养为目标,将教学、教研、实训、培训、竞赛、科普等功能与实训基地相融合,推动基于虚拟仿真的“三教”改革,着力解决实训教学过程中高投入、高损耗、高风险及难实施、难观摩、难再现的“三高三难”痛点和难点问题,促进高技术型人才的培养。With the continuous and in-depth promotion of the"Made in China 2025"national strategy,intelligent manufacturing of industrial robots has become an inevitable trend of replacing old growth drivers with new ones in enterprise development.Under the background of the"Double Excellence"school construction,our school's construction of an industrial robot virtual simulation training base mainly focuses on cultivating high-quality industrial robot talents.It integrates teaching,research,training,competitions,science popularization,and other functions with the training base,promoting the"three educations"reform based on virtual simulation.It strives to solve the painful and difficult problems of high investment,high loss,high risk,and difficulty in implementation,observation,and reproduction in the practical teaching process,promoting the cultivation of high-tech talents.
