摘　　要：特纳综合征(Turner syndrome, TS)是一种临床最常见的性染色体异常染色体疾病, 不同染色体核型与临床特征存在一定关系, 常出现多种并发症, 但合并有强迫症的病例罕见有报道。本文通过对1例19岁女性、核型为单体(45, X)TS合并有强迫症的患者的病史、辅助检查、体格检查及精神检查等临床表现特征回顾, 探讨了其合并强迫症的原因, 对X染色体功能有了更多的认识, 可能为强迫症的病理生理学提供新的见解。Turner syndrome(TS)is the most common sexual chromosomal abnormalities,with various chromosomal karyotypes correlating with distinct clinical features and often presenting with multiple complications and comorbidities.However,cases of TS combined with obsessive-compulsive disorder(OCD)are rarely reported.This article reviews the clinical features of a 19-year-old female patient with monosomy(45,X)TS combined with OCD,including her medical history,auxiliary examinations,physical examinations,and psychiatric examinations.The study explores possible reasons for the coexistence of OCD in TS patients,providing further insights into X chromosome function and potentially offering new perspectives on pathophysiology of OCD.
