摘 要:目的探究过程取向-指导式探究学习(process-oriented-guided inquiry learning,POGIL)理论结合微课教学在骨科临床实习教学中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至12月实习的118名实习生,采用简单随机分组分为对照组(58名)和试验组(60名),对照组采用传统教学,试验组采用POGIL理论结合微课教学。实习后,比较两组实习生考核成绩(基础理论知识、专业理论知识)、学习状况(课堂表现、自主学习能力)、临床实践能力[列斯特评估量表(LAP)]及教学满意度。采用SPSS 21.0进行t检验和卡方检验。结果实习后,试验组实习生考核成绩、课堂表现、自主学习能力评分、临床技能、病例书写成绩及教学满意度均高于对照组(t/χ2=5.01、3.72、2.20、6.57、3.56、4.52,均P<0.05)。结论POGIL理论结合微课教学不仅能够加强骨科实习生掌握理论知识,优化课堂表现,培养自主学习能力,还可提高临床实践能力和教学满意度。ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of the teaching method combining process-oriented-guided inquiry learning(POGIL)theory and micro-class in orthopedic clinical internship.MethodsThe 118 interns who completed internship from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly divided into a control group(58)and an experimental group(60).The control group received traditional teaching,while the experimental group received a teaching method combining POGIL theory and micro-class.After the internship,the two groups were compared for assessment scores(basic theoretical knowledge and professional theoretical knowledge),learning status(classroom performance and self-learning ability),clinical practice ability(Leicester Assessment Scale),and teaching satisfaction.The t-test and chi-square test were performed using SPSS 21.0.ResultsAfter the internship,the assessment scores,classroom performance,self-directed learning ability scores,clinical skills,case writing scores,and teaching satisfaction of the experimental group were all higher than those of the control group(t/χ2=5.01,3.72,2.20,6.57,3.56,4.52,P<0.05).ConclusionsThe teaching method combining POGIL theory and micro-class can enhance the master of theoretical knowledge by orthopedic interns,optimize classroom performance,cultivate self-learning ability,and improve clinical practice ability and teaching satisfaction.
