知识生产模式转型视角下新农科建设逻辑向度与实践进路

摘　　要：在生产实践新需求与科学技术新动力的驱动下,经济发展模式由要素驱动、效率驱动转向创新驱动,相应地,知识生产由模式1向模式2转变,并向模式3演进。从知识生产模式转型视角审视,新农科建设的核心在于农科学科知识产生情境、目的、方式的变革,本质在于推动传统农科知识生产的转型,以适应当前社会发展的需求。遵循知识生产模式演进逻辑,结合知识生产模式转型与新农科建设紧密耦合的特征,剖析知识生产模式转型下新农科建设所蕴含的逻辑理路。运用概念格理论厘清新农科建设目标层级,并从学科情境、知识形态、组织形态等多个维度阐释新农科建设应然意蕴。研究发现,随着社会的转型发展,新农科建设目标内涵逐步从单一化向复合性偏好转变,适应情境从常规化到复杂性生境延伸,知识形态从内守化走向融合性创新,组织形态从规训化向开放性集群发展。结合新农科建设时代发展际遇,从聚合多主体合作网络、引入新科学技术元素、组织超学科知识生产以及培育战略性复合人才等方面提出新农科建设实践进路。Driven by the new demand for production practice and the new impetus of science and technology,the economic development model has shifted from factor-driven and efficiency-driven to innovation-driven,and correspondingly,knowledge production has changed from mode 1 to mode 2 and evolved to mode 3.From the perspective of the transformation of knowledge production mode,the core of the construction of new agricultural science lies in the change of the situation,purpose,and mode of agricultural science knowledge,and the essence is to promote the transformation of traditional agricultural science knowledge production to meet the needs of current social development.This study follows the evolution logic of knowledge production mode,combines the characteristics of close coupling between the transformation of knowledge production mode and the construction of new agricultural science,and analyzes the logical path of new agricultural science construction under the transformation of knowledge production mode.The conceptual grid theory is used to clarify the target level of the construction of new agricultural science,and the connotation of the construction of new agricultural science is explained from multiple dimensions such as discipline context,knowledge form,and organizational form.It is found that with the transformation and development of society,the connotation of the goal of new agricultural science construction has gradually changed from singularity to compound preference,the adaptation situation has changed from routine to complex habitat extension,the knowledge form has changed from internal defense to integrated innovation,and the organizational form has developed from discipline to open cluster.Combined with the development opportunities of the era of new agricultural science construction,the practical approach of new agricultural science construction is proposed from the aspects of gathering multi-subject cooperation network,introducing new science and technology elements,organizing the production of super disc
