摘 要:为探讨快速检测片技术在食品微生物检测中的应用效果,采用实验对比的方法,以乳制品、肉制品和果蔬样品为例,研究快速检测片技术与传统检测方法(琼脂平板培养法、显微镜镜检法)在检测时间、灵敏度、准确性和适用性方面的差异。结果表明,快速检测片技术在检测时间、操作便捷性上具有显著优势,能满足食品工业对快速检测的需求。传统方法在检测灵敏度和复杂样品适用性方面表现更为稳定。两种技术各有优劣,结合应用场景选择适宜的检测方法对提高食品微生物检测效率具有重要意义。In order to explore the application effect of rapid detection tablet technology in food microbial detection,the method of experimental comparison was used to study the differences in detection time,sensitivity,accuracy and applicability between rapid detection tablet technology and traditional detection methods(AGAR plate culture method and microscope method),taking dairy products,meat products,fruit and vegetable samples as examples.The results show that the rapid detection technology has significant advantages in detection time and operation convenience,and can meet the needs of food industry for rapid detection.Traditional methods are more stable in terms of detection sensitivity and applicability to complex samples.The two technologies have their advantages and disadvantages,and it is of great significance to select the appropriate detection method combined with the application scenario to improve the efficiency of food microbial detection.
