摘　　要：提升教师的数字素养有助于推进教育数字化的进程,对教育高质量发展具有积极的促进作用。从化工专业教师数字素养的评估研究、多举措抓培训提升技术技能的策略研究、营造数字环境促进实践应用的方法研究、依标依规评价推动专业发展的举措研究这几个方面,探索提升高职化工专业教师数字素养提升的路径。通过研究提升高职化工专业教师数字素养的路径和方法,促进化工专业教师的数字素养水平提升。同时,对其他专业教师数字素养的提升研究具有一定的参考价值和借鉴意义。The improvement of teachers digital literacy can promote the process of digital education and have a positive impact on the high-quality development of education.From the perspectives of evaluating the digital literacy of chemical engineering teachers,studying strategies for training and improving technical skills,exploring methods for creating a digital environment to promote practical applications,and studying measures for evaluating and promoting the development of the chemical engineering specialty based on standards and regulations,we explore the pathways to improve the digital literacy of vocational college chemical engineering teachers.By studying the paths and methods to improve the digital literacy of higher vocational chemical engineering teachers,the digital literacy level of chemical engineering teachers in our school has been effectively improved.Meanwhile,this research can provide valuable insights and practical implications for improving the digital literacy of teachers in other disciplines.
