教育实习对物理师范生教学能力培养的影响与提升对策

摘　　要：教育实习是师范生教育教学由理论转变为实践活动的关键过程,可达到增强教育教学能力的目的。通过使用问卷调查法和访谈法,了解师范生对教育实习的态度、做法和期望,分析物理师范生在教育实习中遇到的问题和挑战,进一步提出了提高物理师范生职业认同感、重视实习基地和指导教师选择、规范教育实习和适当延长实习时间等对策,以期帮助物理师范生提高教学能力。通过这些措施,旨在促进师范生的专业成长,为他们未来的教育职业生涯奠定坚实的基础。Education practice is a crucial process for normal university students to transform educational theory into practical activities,aiming to enhance their teaching capabilities.This paper employs questionnaire surveys and interviews to understand the attitudes,opinion,and expectations towards internships,and analyzes the issues and challenges faced by physics normal students during their internships.It further proposes strategies such as improving the professional identity of physics normal students,valuing the selection of internship bases and mentors,standardizing educational internships,and appropriately extending the duration of internships.These strategies are intended to help physics normal students improve their teaching skills,promote thir professional growth and lay a solid foundation for their future educational careers.
