摘　　要：文化治理是最深层次的治理,高职院校的治理困境应从文化方面寻求突破。以文化为视角,通过分析高职院校文化治理的内涵特征和价值功能,来探索文化治理的实践路径——在治理过程中牢牢把握高职院校“产教融合、校企合作”类型特色和文化基因,以制度文化来筑基、以精神文化来铸魂、以行为文化来强躯,三方协同形成合力,为高职院校的治理提供内生动力。Cultural governance is the deepest governance,and the governance dilemma of higher vocational colleges should seek a breakthrough from the cultural.From the perspective of culture,the article explores the practical path of cultural governance by analyzing the connotation,characteristics and value functions of cultural governance in higher vocational colleges.In the process of governance,it firmly grasps the type characteristics and cultural genes of“integration of production and education,school enterprise cooperation”in higher vocational colleges,builds the foundation with institutional culture,casts the soul with spiritual culture,and strengthens the body with behavioral culture.The three parties work together to form a resultant force,providing endogenous power for the governance of higher vocational colleges.
