基于二系横向主动悬挂的高速列车车体异常振动控制策略研究

摘  要:针对高速列车在实际运行过程中发生的横向异常振动问题,开展了基于主动横向悬挂的多目标振动控制研究,建立了考虑车体横弯弹性模态的车辆系统横向简化动力学模型,设计出兼顾车体横向刚体和弹性模态振动特征的滑模面和控制律,综合对比了晃车和抖车工况下滑模控制、天棚控制和PID控制策略对车辆运行平稳性的改善效果。计算结果表明,滑模控制效果显著优于PID和天棚控制,在车辆发生晃车和抖车的工况下都有效,能够显著改善车辆的运行平稳性,并且能够兼顾车体的低频和高频振动抑制;除了能够抑制振动加速度,滑模控制还能够同时抑制车体的横向位移,即可以实现车体位移、速度和加速度的同步控制,PID控制在车辆发生晃车和抖车的工况下也都有效,但是控制效果不如滑模控制;天棚控制仅在晃车工况下有效。To solve the problem of lateral abnormal vibration occurring in the real operation of high-speed trains,the study on the multi-objective vibration control based on the active lateral suspension has been carried out,the simplified lateral dynamic model for car system considering the lateral bending elastic mode of carbody has been built,the sliding mode surface and the control rate that takes into account both the lateral rigid body and elastic modal vibration characteristics of carbody has been designed,and the improvement effect of sliding mode control,ceiling control,and PID control strategies on the riding stability of car under shaking and vibrating conditions have been synthetically compared.The calculation result shows:the sliding mode control has an obviously better effect than PID control and ceiling control,can work under both car shaking and vibrating conditions,obviously improve the riding stability of car and restrain both low-frequency and high-frequency vibrations of carbody;besides the restriction of vibration acceleration,the sliding mode control can also restrain the lateral displacement of carbody to realize the simultaneous control of carbody displacement,speed and acceleration;the PID control is also effective under both car shaking and vibrating conditions,but its control effect is worse than that of the sliding mode control;the ceiling control can only work under the car shaking condition.
