摘 要:为探究2000—2023年绿茶茶多酚的研究内容、热点及其发展趋势,采用中国知网(CNKI)和Web of Science(WOS)数据库相关数据,利用CiteSpace可视化软件对中英文文献中的发文国家、作者、机构、关键词等进行综合分析,得出相应可视化图谱。结果表明,英文发文量明显多于中文发文量,英文文献1814篇,中文文献仅434篇;美国和中国是发文量最多的国家,其中介中心性均大于0.2,说明两国对绿茶茶多酚研究最为深入,研究贡献最大。研究作者和机构之间合作交流较分散,多为内部交流。根据得出的关键词共现及聚类图谱再结合时区图分析,绿茶茶多酚研究侧重于茶多酚提取方法及工艺研究、药理活性及相关作用机制以及这些药理作用在相关慢性病防治方面的研究。值得注意的是,针对绿茶茶多酚的生物利用度差设计的基于纳米技术安全载药系统的研究、茶多酚与肠道微生物群之间相互作用及在发挥胃肠道疾病保护作用等方面的研究逐渐被关注,成为新的研究热点。To explore the research content,hotspots,and development trends of green tea polyphenols in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and Web of Science(WOS)databases from 2000 to 2023,a comprehensive analysis of publication countries,authors,institutions,keywords,and other data in Chinese and English literature was conducted using CiteSpace visualization software,and corresponding visualization graphs were obtained.The results showed that the volume of publications in English is significantly higher than that in Chinese,with 1814 English literature and only 434 Chinese literature;the United States and China are the countries with the highest number of publications,both with centrality values greater than 0.2,indicating that the two countries have the deepest research on green tea polyphenols and have made the greatest contributions to the study of green tea polyphenols.The cooperation and communication between research authors and institutions are relatively scattered,mostly internal communication.Based on the keyword cooccurrence and clustering maps obtained,combined with time zone analysis,the research on green tea polyphenols focuses on the study of extraction methods and processes for tea polyphenols,the pharmacological activities and their related mechanisms of action,as well as the study of these pharmacological effects in the prevention and treatment of associated chronic diseases.It is worth noting that research on safe drug delivery systems based on nanotechnology designed for the poor bioavailability of green tea polyphenols,the interactions between tea polyphenols and intestinal microbiota,and their protective roles in gastrointestinal diseases are gradually gaining attention and becoming new research hotspots.
