摘  要:在新质生产力的发展热潮中,社会经济范式的转型催生了对新质人才的迫切需求。职业教育作为与社会产业联系最为紧密、人才输出最为直接的教育板块,不仅面临着新质生产力发展所带来的挑战,同时也迎来了全新的发展机遇。当前,职业教育的发展应当秉持前瞻性的战略眼光,将新质生产力的不断涌现与持续发展视为职业教育责无旁贷的使命,切实履行时代赋予的关键职责,精准定位职业教育在新质生产力发展浪潮中的方位和路向,高度聚焦教育活动对社会全方位发展的强大反哺功能,为持续进阶的新质社会源源不断地输送高素质复合型且契合产业动态需求的新质人才。为此,研究深入阐述了新质生产力的内在本质与关键价值,勾勒出新质生产力和职业教育协同互促的底层架构,探讨如何重塑职业教育人才培养的战略目标、如何全方位提升职业教育办学水平与综合实力、如何稳步推进职业教育模式的动态优化与创新。这些探讨作为职业教育回应时代改革发展诉求、践行职业教育使命担当的关键方向与实践路径,为职业教育发挥自身能动性培养新质人才提供了新思路。Amid the rapid rise of new-quality productive forces, socio-economic transformations have created an urgent demand for new-quality talent. Vocational education, as the sector most directly linked to industry and workforce development, faces both significant challenges and unprecedented opportunities. To address these demands, vocational education must adopt a forward-looking vision, integrating the rise and evolution of new-quality productive forces into its core mission. By doing so, it can serve as a critical driver of societal progress, supplying high-quality, diverse talent to meet evolving industry needs and support sustainable development.In this context, this study explores the defining characteristics of new-quality productive forces and proposes a framework for synergy with vocational education. It discusses strategies for redefining talent cultivation goals, strengthen institutional capacity, and foster dynamic innovation in vocational education models. The findings offer practical insights for vocational education to respond to ongoing reforms, fulfill its mission, and actively contribute to the cultivation of new-quality talent.
