摘  要:面对教育数字化的时代趋势和高等教育高质量发展的现实需要,思想政治教育学科亟须在学理上深入关注和回应数字化建设问题。高校思想政治教育数字化建设是以数字技术促进教育关系深度交互、教育供给精准适配、教育评价多维实效的综合实践。这一综合实践应坚守数字技术综合变革与立德树人根本任务相统一、主体身份虚拟呈现与多元主体虚实联动相统一、海量资源多源异构与需求供给全面精准相统一、教育成效实时动态与教育评价客观科学相统一等原则。同时,在高校思想政治教育数字化建设中,仍存在价值“去中心化”、主体“素养危机”、技术“算法束缚”、应用“机制障碍”等育人困境。为此,要推进“价值—主体—技术—机制”四位一体的综合措施,夯实价值根基、重塑资源配置、优化数字生态、提升治理效能,确保高校思想政治教育数字化建设健康发展。Facing the contemporary trend of educational digitalization and the practical need for high-quality development of higher education,the discipline of ideological and political education urgently needs to pay more attention to and respond to the issue of digital construction in theory.The digital construction of ideological and political education in universities is a comprehensive practice in which digital technology promotes the in-depth interaction of educational relations,the accurate adaptation of educational supplies,and the multidimensional effectiveness of educational evaluation.This comprehensive practice should adhere to the principles of unifying the comprehensive transformation of digital technology with the fundamental task of cultivating people with morality,unifying the virtual presentation of subject identities with the virtual-real linkage of multiple subjects,unifying the multi-source heterogeneity of massive resources with the comprehensive and precise demand and supply,and unifying the real-time dynamics of educational effectiveness with the objective and scientific evaluation of education.At the same time,in the digital construction of ideological and political education in universities,there are still educational dilemmas such as"decentralization"of value,"literacy crisis"of subjects,"algorithm bondage"of technology,and"mechanism obstacles"in application.To this end,it is necessary to promote the comprehensive measures of"value-subject-technology-mechanism"integration,consolidate the value foundation,reshape resource allocation,optimize the digital ecology,and improve governance efficiency to ensure the healthy development of the digital construction of ideological and political education in universities.
