摘  要:本文旨在探索融合成果导向教育(Outcome Based Education,OBE)理念的食品酶学课程混合式教学改革。采用线上线下相结合、翻转课堂和项目式学习的混合教学模式,利用多媒体和互动平台丰富课程资源,加强学生的自主学习与协作能力。通过定期评估与反馈机制,及时调整教学策略,确保课程目标的实现。该混合式教学模式有助于提升学生对食品酶学课程的兴趣,增强理论与实践的结合,培养学生的创新思维和解决实际问题的能力。The purpose of this paper is to explore the mixed teaching reform of food enzymology by integrating the concept of outcome based education(OBE).It adopts a hybrid teaching model that combines online and offline,flipped classroom and project-based learning,uses multimedia and interactive platforms to enrich course resources,and strengthens students’autonomous learning and collaboration ability.Through regular evaluation and feedback mechanism,timely adjustment of teaching strategies to ensure the realization of curriculum objectives.This blended teaching mode helps to enhance students’interest in food enzymology courses,enhance the combination of theory and practice,and cultivate students’innovative thinking and ability to solve practical problems.
