摘　　要：随着信息技术的快速发展,虚拟仿真技术在教育领域的应用日益广泛。本文分析焙烤食品加工技术课程的传统教学问题,探讨焙烤食品加工技术虚拟仿真软件的构建与开发,阐述虚拟仿真技术在焙烤食品加工技术课程教学中的应用,为高职食品类课程的教学改革提供参考。With the rapid development of information technology,virtual simulation technology is widely used in the field of education.This paper analyzes the traditional teaching problems of baked food processing technology course,discusses the construction and development of virtual simulation software of baked food processing technology,expounds the application of virtual simulation technology in the teaching of baked food processing technology course,and provides reference for the teaching reform of food courses in higher vocational colleges.
