摘 要:在新时代我国社会主要矛盾转变的背景下,家长对学前教育的期待也产生了一定变化。本研究采用问卷调查法,从159名家长的择园需求中了解家长的择园期待。研究发现:多数家长在择园问题上更关注幼儿园的保教内涵;与父亲相比,母亲更关注幼儿择园问题;“80后”家长对幼儿园有更多期待;家长学历、收入与家长择园重视程度总体上呈正比;公办园家长更关注幼儿园管理及环境和园所费用。为进一步满足家长对幼儿上好园的期待,提出改进建议:持续优化幼儿园管理模式与保教质量;增强幼儿园教师教育的综合素养和能力;注重家园合作的双向互动和深层次交流。In the context of the transformation of the main social contradictions in our country during the new era,parents'expectations for preschool education,to some extent,have also changed.In this study,a questionnaire survey method is used to understand parents'expectations in selecting kindergartens from the demands of 159 parents.What's been found in the research is that:most parents are more concerned about the content of childcare and education in their kindergarten choices;Compared with fathers,mothers pay more attention to the selection of kindergartens;Parents born in the 1980s have higher expectations for kindergartens;the level of parental education and income is generally proportional to the importance parents place on selecting kindergartens;parents of public kindergartens are more concerned about kindergarten management,environment,and fees.To further meet parents'expectations for their children to attend good kindergartens,suggestions for improvement are proposed:continuously optimize kindergarten management models and quality of education;enhance the overall qualities and capabilities of kindergarten teachers;and emphasize the bidirectional interaction and in-depth communication of home-school collaboration.
