摘　　要：本文探讨农药残留前处理技术以及检测技术,旨在为农药残留检测技术的进一步研究与运用提供有益的参考,同时为我国食品安全事业贡献力量。This paper discusses the pesticide residue pretreatment technology and detection technology,aiming to provide useful reference for the further research and application of pesticide residue detection technology,and contribute to the cause of food safety in China.
