摘 要:葵花籽以其粒大饱满、营养价值高而深受人们喜爱,但易受到氧化作用和微生物影响而使其新鲜度降低。优化保鲜技术及储存条件可有效延长葵花籽新鲜度并保持口感及营养价值。因此,本文介绍了气调包装及抗氧化剂在葵花籽保鲜中的应用,分析了温度、湿度、光照等因素对葵花籽质量的影响,并提出了相应控制策略。Sunflower seeds are loved by people for their large and plump grains and high nutritional value,but they are susceptible to oxidation and microbial effects,which can reduce their freshness.Optimizing preservation techniques and storage conditions can effectively prolong the freshness of sunflower seeds while maintaining their taste and nutritional value.Therefore,this article introduces the application of modified atmosphere packaging and antioxidants in the preservation of sunflower seeds,analyzes the influence of factors such as temperature,humidity,and light on the quality of sunflower seeds,and proposes corresponding control strategies.
