摘 要:应用型本科教育以培养应用型人才为主,注重理论与实践的结合。劳动教育是“五育”的重要内容,是高校培养全面发展人才的必要条件,也是大学生将理论知识转化为实践运用的基本途径。但在具体的实践过程中,部分学校的劳动教育在融入专业教育中还存在不少困境,如融合思想和理念的缺乏、融合机制建设不完善、融合师资力量薄弱等。基于此,应用型本科高校应把握住学校的办学特色,重视劳动教育的育人价值,针对性地提出有效的融合策略。Application-oriented undergraduate education focuses on cultivating application-oriented talents and pays attention to the combination of theory and practice.Labor education is an important content of"five education",is a necessary condition for colleges and universities to develop talents in an all-round way,and is also the basic way for college students to transform theoretical knowledge into practical application.However,in the specific practice process,there are still many difficulties in the integration of labor education in some schools into professional education,such as the lack of integration ideas and ideas,the imperfect construction of integration mechanism,and the weak integration of teachers.Based on this,application-oriented undergraduate colleges should grasp the characteristics of running schools,attach importance to the educational value of labor education,and put forward effective integration strategies.
