摘 要:西点军校领导力类核心课程体系包含领导者普通心理学、军事领导力、军官领导力3门课程。以3门课程的教学大纲和教材为研究对象,分析其教学目的、内容、方法、教材与文献、作业与考核。该类课程体系在教学目的上服务于学科中心、学员中心、军事职业中心;在教学内容上具有跨学科、厚基础、重延展等特征;在教学方法上突出目标导向、问题导向、实践导向;教学管理计划性强,考核全面严格规范。对于我军院校课程群建设、领导力课程教学、完善教学大纲、更新教学及考试方式等具有启发借鉴意义。The core curriculum system of West Point’s leadership program encompasses courses such as General Psychology,Military Leadership,and Officership.Focusing on the syllabus and teaching material of these three courses,the study separately analyzes their instructional goals,content,methodologies,textbooks and references,as well as assignment and evaluation.The mechanism of this curriculum system is centered around aligning with academic disciplines,prioritizing cadets development,and focusing on military professionalism;the teaching content focuses on integrating multidisciplinary knowledge,establishing a robust foundational understanding,and emphasizing future development;the teaching method emphasizes clear objectives,problem-solving strategies,and practical application;the teaching management highlights implementing meticulously planned teaching schedules alongside thorough,stringent,and standardized evaluation systems.This research holds insightful value for the development of course clusters,the instruction of leadership-focused courses,the improvement of syllabus design,and the modernization of teaching and evaluation methodologies in Chinese military academics.
