摘 要:文章探讨亚洲国际高等教育的历史发展和当代动态,重点关注西方教育模式的融合和区域特色的形成。通过对中国、日本、韩国、新加坡、马来西亚等亚洲国家的分析,文章探讨这些国家如何在全球化和本土化的教育政策和实践中平衡传统价值观与西方的影响。文章追踪全球化、技术进步和社会经济变革推动下的转型发展,并探讨当前区域内合作加强、学生跨国流动增强和英语授课项目扩展等趋势。这些变化不仅增强了区域内学术交流和国际学生流动性,还提高了这些国家在全球教育中的地位。与此同时,亚洲在人才流失、教育质量差距和对西方模式依赖等方面面临的挑战。文章为理解亚洲国家如何应对这些动态发展提供更深入的视角,并为未来政策制定与国际合作提供参考,以及为塑造国际高等教育的未来格局提供了经验。The article explores the historical development and contemporary dynamics of international higher education in Asia,with a particular focus on the integration of Western educational models and the formation of regional identities.By analyzing major Asian economies such as China,Japan,South Korea,Singapore and Malaysia,this study examines how these countries balance traditional values with Western influences in the context of both globalized and localized educational policies and practices.The article tracks transformative developments driven by globalization,technological advances,and socio-economic changes,and discusses current trends such as the strengthening of intra-regional cooperation,the increasing mobility of students across borders,and the expansion of English-medium programs.These changes not only enhance academic exchanges and international student mobility within the region,but also raise the global standing of these countries in the field of education.At the same time,the study also highlights challenges faced by Asia in terms of brain drain,disparities in education quality,and over-reliance on Western models.By providing a deeper insight into how Asian countries are responding to these dynamic developments,this article provides a valuable perspective for future policy-making and international cooperation,with the aim of contributing to the shaping of the future landscape of international higher education.
