摘  要:在全球职业教育发展趋势背景下,本文深入剖析高职院校校企融通创新型团队建设的需求与建设现状,依据国家政策导向与产业升级需求,明确其在职业教育改革中的必要性和紧迫性。详细解析了校企融通创新型团队的内涵,分析了成员结构、创新资源、协作机制和创新目标等构成要素的核心特征,并在此基础上探讨了产教融合背景下校企融通创新型团队的建设策略与实施路径。In the context of the development trend of global vocational education,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the demand and construction status quo of the school-enterprise integration innovative team construction in higher vocational colleges,and clarifies its necessity and urgency in vocational education reform according to the national policy orientation and industrial upgrading needs.This paper analyzes the connotation of the team in detail,and the core characteristics of the constituent elements such as member structure,innovation resources,cooperation mechanism and innovation goals,and discusses the construction strategies and implementation approaches of the team under the background of industry and education integration.
