摘  要:在高质量发展背景下,高职院校教育评价改革需遵循师生为本原则、问题导向原则、类型特色原则、动态评价原则。以江苏农牧科技职业学院为例,从创新学校内部综合治理评价、优化教师专业发展与成长评价、健全学生全面发展与学业评价三个维度阐述了高职院校教育评价改革的实践路径,提出了加强党建引领,强化顶层设计;体现以人为本,巧设评价体系;形成多元合力,强化评价落实;重视结果应用,推动质量改进等四方面的优化策略。In the context of high-quality development,the reform of educational evaluation in vocational colleges should follow the principles of student-teacher centered,problem orientation,type characteristics,and dynamic evaluation.This article takes Jiangsu Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Technology Vocational College as an example,and expounds on or discusses the practical path of education evaluation reform in higher vocational colleges from three dimensions:innovating internal comprehensive governance evaluation,optimizing teacher professional development and growth evaluation,and improving student's comprehensive development and academic evaluation.Through four optimization strategies,it proposes strengthening party building guidance and enhancing top-level design;reflecting a people-oriented approach and skillfully designing an evaluation system;forming diverse collaborative forces and strengthening evaluation and implementation;emphasizing the application of results and promoting quality improvement.
