摘  要:我国高校在基层党建工作中旗帜鲜明地回答了新时代高校应该“培养什么样的人”“为谁培养人”和“怎样培养人”这一关键性问题,并切实落实了坚定“文化自信”的重要指示。高校外语教师作为中西语言和文化的教育者和研究者在文化自信的守护和传播中起到至关重要的作用。针对“中国文化失语症”现象,高校外语教师应通过丰富党建活动、提高课程思政教学能力、树立不断学习的理念等方式,提升自身的文化自信认识,并引导教育学生进一步增强文化自信,深化民族文化认同感,肩负中华民族伟大复兴光荣使命。China’s universities have clearly answered the key questions of“what kind of people should be trained”,“for whom should people be trained”and“how should people be trained”in the work of grassroots party construction,and effectively implemented the important instruction of firm“cultural confidence”.Foreign language teachers in universities play a crucial role in guarding and spreading cultural confidence.In response to the phenomenon of“Chinese cultural aphasia”,foreign language teachers in universities should enhance their own cultural confidence by enriching party construction activities,improving their teaching ability in the field of ideology and politics,and setting up the concept of continuous learning,and guide and educate their students to further enhance their cultural confidence,deepen their sense of national cultural identity,and take up the glorious mission of revitalization of the Chinese nation.
