面向继续教育的《管理学》课程教学设计研究——基于知识管理理论视角

摘  要:随着终身学习体系建设的推进,继续教育在满足社会各界知识更新需求中扮演越来越重要的角色。作为管理类的核心课程,《管理学》课程的教学质量对于培养高素质劳动者和技术技能人才至关重要。然而,传统教学模式难以适应成人学习者的特点,教学模式亟需创新。本文以中国劳动关系学院劳模本科班为例,基于知识管理理论视角,从知识传递、知识交流、知识积累与共享以及知识反馈四个维度,构建了面向继续教育的《管理学》课程教学设计模块,为优化管理类课程教学质量、满足劳动者终身学习需求提供了新思路。With the advancement of the lifelong learning system,continuing education plays an increasingly important role in meeting the knowledge renewal needs of all sectors of society.As a core course in management,the teaching quality of the“Principles of Management”course is crucial for cultivating high-quality laborers and technical talents.However,traditional teaching models are unable to adapt to the characteristics of adult learners,and there is an urgent need for innovation in teaching models.Taking the labor model class at the China Institute of Labor Relations as an example,this paper constructs a teaching design module for the“Principles of Management”course for continuing education from the perspective of knowledge management theory.It focuses on four dimensions:knowledge transmission,knowledge exchange,knowledge accumulation and sharing,and knowledge feedback.This provides new ideas for optimizing the teaching quality of management courses and meeting the lifelong learning needs of workers.
