摘　　要：目的从住院医师规范化培训角度,对“5+3”一体化临床医学专业学位硕士研究生(研究生二年级阶段)就业意向进行调查与分析。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,内容包括一般情况、就业意向、科研进展、临床轮转、教学安排、生活困境6个方面。根据问卷调查结果开展访谈,受访者自愿反馈有关就业的真实想法。结果该研究群体的就业倾向主要集中在升学和医院岗位就业,面临的困难包括科研进展缓慢、临床工作繁重、人际沟通困扰和就业资源匮乏等。结论通过本次问卷调查和访谈,初步掌握该研究群体的就业意向,了解其面临的实际困难并针对性解决问题,唤醒就业意识,为后续的就业做好“铺垫”。Objective To survey and analysis of employment intention of"5+3"integrated clinical medicine professional degree master's degree students(in the second year of postgraduate study)aims to raise the importance of students'employment.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used,covering six aspects:general situation,employment intention,research progress,clinical rotation,teaching arrangement,and life difficulties.Interviews were conducted based on the results of the questionnaires,and respondents voluntarily gave feedback on their true thoughts about employment.Results The employment tendencies of this study group were mainly focused on further education and employment in hospital positions,and the difficulties they faced included slow progress in research,heavy clinical workload,interpersonal communication troubles,and lack of employment resources.Conclusion Through this questionnaire survey and interviews,we can initially grasp the employment intention of this research group,understand the practical difficulties they face and solve the problems in a targeted manner,so as to awaken the awareness for employment and make a good preparation for the subsequent employment.
