摘　　要：中医临床思维能力欠缺是中医住院医师中存在的普遍问题。如何更有效地提升住院医师中医临床思维能力是实践教学中需要解决的核心问题。四诊缺失、教条化的辨证论治是住院医师主要思维弊病。象思维是中医学的思维本质之一,《内经》所倡导色脉合一、四诊合参是其最根本的思维模式。因此,回归中医象思维本质,遵循《内经》色脉合一、四诊合参的思维规律,推行基于临床鲜活病例的脉诊实践教学,是培养住院医师中医思维能力的重要途径。Lack of clinical thinking ability in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)is a common issue among TCM residents.How to promote the clinical thinking ability of residents in TCM is the core problem to be addressed in practice teaching.The lack of four diagnoses and the dogmatic syndrome differentiation and treatment are the main thinking shortcomings of residents.Xiang thinking is one of the essential thoughts of TCM,and comprehensive consideration of both complexion and pulse manifestation together with synthesis of the four diagnostic methods advocated by Huang Di Nei Jing is its most fundamental thinking mode.Therefore,it is an important way to cultivate residents'thinking ability of TCM by returning to the essence of Xiang thinking,following the thinking law of comprehensive consideration of both complexion and pulse manifestation as well as synthesis of the four diagnostic methods advocated by Huang Di Nei Jing,and implementing pulse diagnosis practice teaching based on clinical cases.
