摘　　要：基于大数据分析的高校智能信息化管理平台,以《高等教育事业基层统计报表》和《高等学校本科教学基本状态数据库》为依据,包含教职员工信息、在校生信息、校友信息、教学信息、科研信息、资产信息和产业信息等管理功能,使各职能部门之间能够保持密切联系,可以提高数据资源利用效率,使原来分散、利用率低的教育资源得到更大程度的价值挖掘,对各类数据进行智能的关联和提取,并及时给出预警提示。平台尤为注重校友信息的搜集与管理,充分挖掘和发挥校友的资源和价值,促进校友与学校各项工作的深度融合和有机对接,更好地为学校人才培养、科学研究和成果转化服务。The intelligent information management platform for universities based on big data analysis,based on the"Grassroots Statistical Report of Higher Education"and the"Basic Status Database of Undergraduate Teaching in Higher Education Institutions",includes management functions such as faculty and staff,student,alumni,scientific research and asset information.It enables close contact between various functional departments,improves the efficiency of data resource utilization,and maximizes the value mining of previously scattered and underutilized educational resources.It intelligently links and extracts various types of data,and provides timely warning prompts.The platform places particular emphasis on the collection and management of alumni information,fully tapping into and leveraging the resources and value of alumni,promoting deep integration and organic connection between alumni and university,and better serving the personnel training,scientific research and achievement transformation.
