研教融合背景下基因SNP突变诊断技术在生物制药专业遗传学实验教学中的应用与探索

摘　　要：遗传学是生命科学领域的重要基础课程,而遗传学实验作为检验理论知识的实践活动,是培养学生专业探索能力和好奇心的实验课程。将成熟的科研方法引入实践教学中,是改进本科实践的重要途径。文章以基因SNP和疾病的相关性研究为基础,将遗传学基因多态性的检测和分析方法以项目组织开展的方式引入到遗传学实践教学中。学生通过检测和分析基因位点多态性与疾病的关系,可掌握DNA提取、引物设计、PCR扩增、基因测序,meta分析等遗传学基本理论和方法,研究基因位点的多态性对疾病易感性的影响,有助于培养学生探索、分析、解决问题的能力。Genetics is an important foundational course in the field of life sciences.Genetics experiments,as a practical activity to test theoretical knowledge,are experimental courses that cultivate students’exploration ability and curiosity towards the major.Introducing mature research methods into practical teaching is an important way to improve undergraduate practice.Based on the research on the correlation between gene SNP polymorphism and diseases,the detection and analysis methods of genetic gene polymorphism will be introduced into genetics practical teaching through project organization.During the experiment,students can master the basic theories and methods of genetics such as DNA extraction,primer design,PCR amplification,gene sequencing,and meta-analysis by detecting and analyzing the relationship between gene locus polymorphism and diseases,in order to study the impact of gene locus polymorphism on disease susceptibility,whith is benefitial for cultivating students’ability to explore,analyze,and solve problems,and increase their ability to apply biological theories.
