摘　　要：目的通过对医学留学生内科学考试试卷进行分析,思考并改进医学留学生内科学全英文教学方法,提高教学质量。方法以西安交通大学医学部2019级本科临床医学专业完成内科学课程并参加考试的104名留学生作为研究对象,通过Excel 2010建立相应的数据库录入成绩,应用SPSS 20.0统计学软件进行正态分布、频数、均数统计分析,并作为成绩分析的评价指标;使用信度、难度系数以及区分度作为本次内科学试卷质量的评价指标。结果留学生内科学考试平均成绩为(61.74±11.94)分,最高分为88.00分,最低分为37.50分,分数全距为50.50分,成绩呈正态分布。留学生内科学试卷信度为0.81,平均难度系数为0.38,平均区分度为0.30。结论本次留学生内科学考试试卷信度较好,总体难度适中,区分度良好,试卷反映了留学生对内科学知识点的掌握程度及存在问题,为改进留学生内科学教学提供了参考依据。Objective To reflect and improve the full English teaching method of internal medicine for international medical students,and to upgrade the teaching quality by analyzing the internal medicine examination paper for them.Methods A total of 104 foreign students who completed the internal medicine course and took the examination in the clinical medicine major of the 2019 undergraduate course in the School of Medicine of Xi'an Jiaotong University were selected as the research object.The corresponding database was established through Excel 2010,and the normal distribution,frequency and mean were statistically analyzed by SPSS 20.0,which was used as the evaluation index for the performance analysis.Reliability,difficulty coefficient and discrimination were used as evaluation indices of the quality of this internal medicine examination paper.Results The average score of international students in the internal medicine examination was(61.74±11.94)points,with the highest score of 88.00 points and the lowest score of 37.50 points.The score range was 50.50 points,and the score followed a normal distribution.The reliability of the internal medicine examination paper for international students was 0.81,the average difficulty coefficient was 0.38,and the average discrimination was 0.30.Conclusion The internal medicine examination paper for international students has relatively good reliability,moderate overall difficulty and good discrimination.The examination paper reflects the mastery degree and existing problems of internal medicine knowledge for international students,which provides a reference for improving internal medicine teaching for international students.
