可持续发展视角下职业教育学科建设的反思与重构

摘  要:我国职业教育发展经历了一个漫长的时期,在此过程中学科建设取得了显著的成效,同时也暴露出一定的问题,通过现实反思来理清学科建设的影响因素并有针对性地加强学科建设是新时代职业教育实现可持续发展的基本前提。基于职业教育学科建设的必要性、主要任务和体系框架,高职院校应从构建学科点联盟、锻造学术队伍、对接社会需求、重视理论创新、完善评价机制五个层面来重构学科建设路径,进一步提升学科建设的协同性、专业性、精准性、创新性和发展性,让一流学科、高质量学科、健全的学科体系成为职业教育实现可持续发展的重要保障。The vocational education in China has developed for a long time.In this process,the discipline construction has made significant progress,but it has exposed some problems.Clarifying the influencing factors of discipline construction through realistic reflection and strengthening the discipline construction in a targeted manner are the basic premise for the vocational education in the new era to achieve sustainable development.Based on the necessity,main tasks and system framework of the discipline construction in vocational education,the path of discipline construction should be reconstructed from five aspects,which are building a discipline alliance,forging an academic team,aligning with social needs,attaching importance to theoretical innovation,and improving the evaluation mechanism,so as to further enhance the synergy,professionalism,precision,innovation and development of discipline construction,and make first-class disciplines,high-quality disciplines and sound discipline systems become an important guarantee for the sustainable development of vocational education.
