摘　　要：企业家精神不仅是关于创业或商业管理的技能,更是个体综合素质与能力的体现。厘清高职院校经管类学生企业家精神培育的内涵,分析面临的挑战,并从加强政校企联动、健全创新创业教育体系、激发创业潜能三个方面,提出了高职院校经管类学生企业家精神培育的具体路径。Entrepreneurship is not only about the skills of starting a business or business management,but also a reflection of an individual′s comprehensive quality and capabilities.This paper clarifies the connotation of cultivating entrepreneurship of students majoring in business and management in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the challenges they face,and puts forward the specific path of entrepreneurship cultivation of students majoring in business and management in higher vocational colleges from the three aspects of strengthening the linkage between government,schools,and enterprises,improving the innovation and entrepreneurship education system,and stimulating entrepreneurial potential.
